From your initial inquiry, our Event Manager will be by your side to assist you with the floor plan, linen ordering, beverage service & more!

Your rental is based on your event time plus a minimum of 2 additional hours for setup and teardown.

In addition to the venue rental, we proudly provide an incredible beverage experience for our clients.
On a Saturday date, you can expect to spend a minimum of $3,000 on the bar program.

What a venue! 10 out of 10! I have had many corporate parties at many different venues and this was by far the best. I didn’t have one single issue with the A/V equipment. Everything was set up correctly, and communication was perfect. We used some of their preferred vendors and they were also top-notch! Well done Tinker House! We will be back next year!

We hosted a game night at Tinker House. This was my first time seeing the space and it was absolutely beautiful! Miranda was amazing to work with. Customer service was top-notch. The staff behind the bar was super friendly and helpful. I would most definitely use this space again and recommend it to friends for events.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Miranda and the owners of the space! As an organization that hosts events throughout the city, this team was one of the most enjoyable to work with that I’ve ever experienced. Miranda is responsive, engaged, welcoming and professional. The space fit our Summer Camp theme perfectly, and they allowed us to customize the space with our decor. They even offered to add new hooks into their ceiling beams for us if we wanted! On the day of the event, the bar and event staff were friendly and efficient. The drinks are great and reasonably priced. Our caterers even said this is their favorite space to come serve at! We utilized the in-house tech and both projector screens, which functioned well for us. I’d love to return here for a future event!
