Where Hospitality Meets Community
Throughout the year, Tinker House and Provider host markets, maker pop-ups, nonprofit fundraisers, and neighborhood gatherings that celebrate local talent and bring people together.
Some events take over the second floor, others fill Provider Café, the patio, or both levels of the building—always with thoughtful bar service and a welcoming, come-as-you-are atmosphere.
Upstairs at Tinker House
The second floor hosts larger community events like markets, fundraisers, tasting events, and panel discussions. With original brick, timber beams, and city views, it offers a backdrop that feels special but still relaxed.
Flexible layouts allow room for vendors, stages, and mingling, while our bar team supports everything from coffee-forward events to full cocktail service.
Downstairs at Provider Café
Provider is the front door of the building and a natural hub for neighborhood life. The café and patio are often home to smaller pop-ups, seasonal happenings, and collaborative events with local creatives and organizations.
Some community events live entirely at Provider; others flow between both floors for an immersive, building-wide experience.
