The Event Space

The second-floor event space is the heart of Tinker House—soaring ceilings, exposed brick, original timber beams, and city views through tall windows. The open floor plan works beautifully for ceremonies, receptions, corporate gatherings, and social events.

Veranda & Balcony

On the southwest corner of the second floor, the covered veranda and balcony offer fresh air, skyline views, and a natural extension of the main event space. It’s a favorite spot for golden-hour photos, cocktail breaks, and quiet moments away from the dance floor.

Ground floor

Provider Café

Our ground-floor Provider Café can be added for cocktail hour while the main event space is flipped from ceremony to reception. Guests can mingle with a drink in hand, enjoy the historic building from a new vantage point, and flow easily between spaces.

The Green Room

Designed to feel like a comfortable city apartment, the Green Room is ideal for getting ready, first looks, or a quiet reset during your event. Soft seating, natural light, and curated décor make it a favorite space for wedding parties and VIPs.
