The Tinker House Day-of Coordination (DOC) service goes above and beyond our basic venue coordination offerings. While our basic venue coordination services assist with floor plans, bar packages, and basic timelines, our DOC package elevates your experience to ensure your special day is executed seamlessly.

Starting four weeks prior up to your special day, your Tinker House DOC will provide meticulous planning, coordination, and on-site assistance throughout your wedding day. From crafting a comprehensive timeline to overseeing vendor management and on-site setup, our team ensures a seamless event, leaving you to enjoy every moment of your celebration. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, allowing you to enjoy your wedding day stress-free while we take care of every detail.

CEREMONY AND RECEPTION | $2,250

RECEPTION ONLY | $1,950

       + Off-Site Ceremony Add-On Available Starting at $500

IN THIS 4-WEEK DAY-OF-COORDINATING PACKAGE, WE WILL

  • Have (4) planning meetings with you in the month leading up to the wedding, up to 1.5 hrs. each

  • Create your full timeline with all details noted

  • Orchestrate ceremony rehearsal with wedding party and families (Up to 1 Hour)

  • Provide on-site assistance for 12+ hours on the wedding day

  • Communicate with and manage vendor team

  • Greet wedding vendors onsite and field questions, troubleshoot any issues, etc.

  • Decorate for ceremony + reception

  • Cadence your families + wedding party appropriately during the ceremony processional

  • Ensure wedding day is running according to timeline

  • Respond to any issues or errors that come up throughout the wedding day

  • Oversee tear-down of space + repacking of your belongings
