Hourly Rentals at Tinker House
Our second-floor Event Space at Tinker House is available for flexible hourly rentals for showers, celebrations, workshops, and weekday gatherings. Guests may also enhance their event with Provider Café on the first floor or reserve Provider as a stand-alone venue for more intimate events. Full pricing for each option is outlined below.

Details for the Event Space
– Large table and chair inventory including wooden farmhouse tables, round tables, vendor tables, sweetheart table, and 200+ chairs
– Guidance from our Director of Weddings & Events for timelines, floor plans, and bar selections
– A/V accessibility including Wi-Fi, microphones, two projectors, and screens
– Second-floor balcony access overlooking downtown Indianapolis
– On-site parking and access to monthly open houses for Tinker House wedding couples
– One additional hour each for setup and teardown (two hours total)
– Linens must be ordered through the venue (not included in rental rate)
– Beverage or bar package required for all events
– Rental rates do not include tax
– A 4% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions

Catering Partners & Limited Service Options
Full-service catering is provided by our trusted catering partners, who know the building, flow, and guest experience at Tinker House. Menus range from elevated buffets and family-style dinners to passed appetizers and late-night snacks.
Select weekday corporate meetings and smaller social gatherings may qualify for limited service catering options.
