Your rental includes personal guidance from our Director of Weddings & Events throughout your planning process — including a basic event timeline, vendor coordination outline,
bar and beverage planning, and referrals to our most trusted partners.

Included With Your Rental

• Exclusive access to our second-floor event loft, Green Room lounge, balcony, and private restrooms.
• Tables, chairs, cocktail tables, barrels, and standard layout setup completed by our team.
• Use of in-house AV including projector, screen, microphones, and integrated sound system.
• Access to our stunning built-in— complete with artisan rope lighting, a polished concrete bartop, and a warm, inviting glow.
• Vendor access during your contracted rental window, plus a dedicated 2-hour setup and teardown allowance built into your timeline.

Standard & December Rates

These hourly rates apply to our 2nd Floor Event Space. Your rental includes guidance from our Director of Weddings & Events and access to our standard venue amenities. Bar packages, catering, and event execution staff are quoted separately based on date, guest count, and service needs.

Bar & Beverage Service

Your bar sets the tone for your event, and our in-house beverage team curates menus that feel elevated, welcoming, and tailored to your celebration. From simple classics to more crafted selections, we handle the full service experience so you can focus on your guests.

Most weekend events require a hosted bar minimum, while weekday and daytime bookings offer more flexible options. We’ll recommend the best fit based on your timeline, guest count, and event flow.

Catering & Event Partners

Food and service flow are a major part of the guest experience. We work with a curated list of local, highly rated caterers who know our building, our load-in, and how to move elegantly through the space.

You will choose your caterer directly from our approved list so the menu, staffing, and style of service match your event. Each partner understands the timing, layout, and expectations that keep events at Tinker House running smoothly.

We also maintain a roster of planners, florists, photographers, DJs, musicians, and specialty vendors who know the venue well and can help you build a team that fits your vision.
