Bar Program & Beverage Packages
Every drink served at Tinker House is crafted by our in-house mixology team, designed to feel thoughtful, generous, and aligned with the experience you want for your guests.

Bar Policies at a Glance
Bar minimums depend on your event date, season, and guest count. Your proposal will specify the minimum spend for your event.
Payment & timing – Bar package and labor payment are due in full 30 days prior to your event, along with final guest count. All bar and labor payments are non-refundable.
Service & gratuity – A required 22% gratuity is applied to all beverage totals, plus applicable taxes. A 3% service charge applies to credit card payments.
Staffing & labor – Bar staffing is quoted based on guest count, service style, and bar complexity. Typically, bar staff are billed at $50/hour per staff member, with at least two additional hours per bartender (setup + teardown).
Guest counts – All guests age 21+ are included in the alcoholic package count. A non-alcoholic package is available for guests under 21.
Responsible service – Spirits are served in cocktails, mixed drinks, or on the rocks. Shots are not permitted. Products and pricing are subject to change based on availability.
What Your Bar Experience Includes
From your initial planning conversations through last call, our Director of Weddings & Events collaborates with our mixologists and bartenders to design a bar experience that fits your event.
Together, we will:
– Recommend a package based on guest count, timeline, and event style
– Customize your menu with signature cocktails, mocktails, or specialty selections
– Coordinate product ordering and logistics with our in-house bar team
– Align timing with your overall event flow (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing)
– Ensure bar service feels smooth, attentive, and elevated from first pour to last
Open Bar Packages
Package pricing is based on the length of service and your final guest count. Payment is due 30 days prior to your event.
Non-Alcoholic Package
Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Sprite, Club Soda, Tonic, Ginger Beer, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice.
3 Hours – $6 per person
4 Hours – $8 per person
5 Hours – $10 per person
6 Hours – $12 per person
Beer + Wine Package
Selection of domestic, imported, seltzer, and canned cocktail options, plus red, white, and champagne selections.
Includes all beverages in the Non-Alcoholic Package.
3 Hours – $35 per person
4 Hours – $37 per person
5 Hours – $39 per person
6 Hours – $41 per person
Full House Bar
Vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, and bourbon selections, plus a curated menu of specialty cocktails.
Includes all beverages in the Non-Alcoholic and Beer + Wine packages.
3 Hours – $43 per person
4 Hours – $45 per person
5 Hours – $47 per person
6 Hours – $49 per person
Cash & Consumption Bar
A cash or consumption bar can be a flexible option for corporate events, social gatherings, and certain weddings. Minimums are based on date and guest count. If the minimum is not met, the host pays the difference.

Guests purchase their own drinks throughout the event.*
Consumption Bar
The host is billed for all drinks ordered by guests, applied toward the bar minimum.*

A La Carte Pricing (Per Drink)
An assortment of classic and seasonal favorites.
MIXED DRINKS – $11
A spirit of your choice with a mixer (for example, vodka soda).
WINE – $10
Selection of red, white, and champagne options.
A rotating selection of canned cocktail offerings.
BEER – $8
Domestic, imported, and seltzer options.
SODAS & JUICES – $3.50
Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Sprite, Club Soda, Tonic, Ginger Beer, Orange, Cranberry, and Pineapple juices.
Enhancements from Provider & Our Bar Team
Drip Coffee by Provider
$80 per gallon (serves approximately 10–12 guests)
Includes cups, stir sticks, sugars, and your choice of two syrups and two milk options.
Batched Mocktails
$225 per batch (serves approximately 40–50 guests)
Purchase 3 or more batches – $200 per batch.
Popular flavors include Lemonade, Limeade, Mojito, Mule, Sparkling Grapefruit, Perfectly Spiced, Pear Lavender Lemonade, and Cranberry Mule.
