Bar Minimums & Requirements

All hosted events at Tinker House include an in-house bar program. Bar minimums vary by date, season, and event type so that we can staff appropriately and maintain a smooth guest experience.

In general, clients can expect:

Higher minimums on peak Saturdays, holidays, and December dates
Moderate minimums for Fridays and Sundays
Reduced minimums for weekday events and off-season weddings
Customized minimums for nonprofit or corporate events based on guest count and timeline

Our Director of Weddings and Events will review the minimums specific to your date and event type during the inquiry and proposal process.

Host Cocktail Hour at Provider Café

Looking to elevate your bar experience? Our first-floor venue, Provider Café, offers a warm, intimate setting perfect for cocktail hour, small gatherings, or a quiet place for guests to step away from the celebration. The space features layered lighting, comfortable seating, and patio access for indoor–outdoor flow.

Provider Café may be rented on its own for smaller private events, or added to your second-floor rental to enhance guest flow and create a multi-level experience. Rental pricing varies based on event type, guest count, season, and day of the week. Inquire to learn more about availability and options.
